  • Luciana is the President of WPO, and the General Manager of ABRE Brazilian Packaging Association. Luciana has been involved with the packaging industry for over 26 years, and since 2002 as the executive director and general manager of the Brazilian Packaging Association, the national body in Brazil that gathers and supports companies from the packaging chain and FMCGs for greater innovation and advancement.  In this role, Luciana has been able to lead strategic activities on behalf of the organization, company members and market affairs, pushing ABRE’s strategic plan, activities, and projects to leverage the positive impact of packaging in society.
 
  • Soha Atallah is an international packaging expert, with extensive experience in industrial development, packaging, marketing, branding and food safety throughout the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia.
  • Over the past 20 years, she has provided packaging and labeling design services to more than 200 industrial companies around the w orld.
  • Ms. Atallah has partnered for more than a decade with UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization) as an international expert on packaging and marketing in numerous countries, including Mongolia, Morocco, Pakistan, Jordan, Oman, Egypt, Bahrain, Lebanon, and Tunisia. Her global expertise led to Ms. Atallah’s appointment in 2017 as Vice President of the WPO (World Packaging Organization), for which her mandate includes the group’s Exhibitions, Conferences, and WorldStar international packaging competition. 
  • Dr. Yomna El Sheridy is the Founder and CEO of Special Food Industries, a leading manufacturer and exporter of table olives, pickled vegetables and sun-dried tomatoes. She has over 20 years of experience in food processing and exporting. With her expertise, she contributed to the growth of major global brands in the Middle East, including Procter & Gamble, Mead Johnson, Bristol Myers, and Gerber Baby Food. Moreover, she is President of Business Women of Egypt 21, an Egyptian NGO dedicated to the empowerment of women. She founded the Arab Business Women’s Council in the Arab League in March of 1999.
 

  • In 2015, Passant Fouad Joined Juhayna as Head of Communication. Her vast expertise spans over 17 years, and encompasses the following areas; Media, Sponsorships & Activations, Public Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability, Call Center, and finally Factory Visits. Over the course of Fouad’s career, she worked at various multinationals, starting by Motorola, at which she was part of the Sales & Marketing department. Later, she joined Nokia as Head of Marketing, where she was overseeing North East Africa, planning, and implementing campaigns in Egypt, Sudan, and Libya
 

  • Dr. Najwa came from Assuit, Upper Egypt in the late 1990s to study archaeology at Cairo University. She completed postgraduate studies in history and anthropology, obtaining diplomas and two master's degrees in anthropology and museums. She earned a Ph.D. with a focus on museums and women's heritage presentation in Egyptian museums. Over a year ago, she initiated her business centered around educational events about traditional Upper Egyptian cuisine. She conducts culinary workshops at Beit Yakan, where she meets mostly women eager to learn the art of traditional Upper Egyptian cuisine. They also learn the history and cultural significance of these dishes.
  • Rasha is a seasoned labor and employment attorney with over 10 years of experience advising blue-chip clients. Her expertise encompasses negotiating intricate agreements, drafting employment contracts, and providing counsel on employee benefits and compensation. Having served as a Partner at Shahid Law Firm since October 2007, Rasha offers legal counsel and strategic direction. Earlier roles include Office Manager at Community & Institutional Development, Executive Assistant & HR Officer at Manapharma, Recruitment Specialist at ITWorx, HR Specialist at Resource Professionals (RP), and Executive Secretary at Arab World News. In employment and labor law, Rasha conducts administrative investigations, manages dismissals, and structures executive contracts.
 

  • Rania is a dynamic and serial entrepreneur with a rich engineering background and executive business acumen. She obtained multiple bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Faculty of Engineering at Alexandria University and the American University in Cairo, as well as from the Haas School of Business at the University of California and the European School for Management and Technology in Berlin. After a long journey in the technology and entrepreneurship fields, Rania started giving back to the community as a founders' mentor with the Founder Institute and Google Women Founders, where she is deeply committed to supporting emerging entrepreneurs and bridging the gap between the MENA region and the West.
  • Riham is the owner and General Manager of Update for Food Processing company. This is a family business which specializes in the production of Juices, Jams, Dips, Sauce and Condiments. She has extensive work experience in sales and marketing in all stages of food processing from manufacturing to distribution to wholesale and retail. Focusing on marketing strategy and sales management, she has gained experience in local and international environments with large multinational organizations as well as small independent companies. Prior to founding Mom’s Food, she worked as a marketing consultant and was the North Africa Marketing Manager of Shell Marketing.
 

  • Yasmine is a Conference Producer at Informa Markets. She managed to deliver international conferences in the food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and agriculture industries. She has always dreamt of entering a bookstore and finding her book on the shelf and achieved that by starting off her writing journey by an online blog, to being a guest writer for The Daily Crisp & Scoop Empire, to publishing her own novel and watching it travel the world. As an Associate Meta coach Certified by The International Society of Neuro Semantics, she also helps in changing peoples’ lives by coaching sessions and workshops.
 

  • Dr. Ghada Hammouda is the Chief Sustainability & Marketing Officer at Qalaa Holdings & Egypt’s 50 Most Influential Women in Business. Ms. Hammouda has 30-plus years of experience in market development, strategic planning, sustainable development, and reputation management. Ms. Hammouda served as a senior executive and strategic consultant to top New York and European blue chip and start-up firms. She also served as Co-Chair of the African Venture Capital Association’s Advocacy Committee, the Women in Business Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt; and was a board member for the New York-based Sunhawk Corporation.
 

  • Aylin Held positions on Quality Management, Product Assurance, FSQR, Technical Support roles in Cargill Turkey and Europe since 1995, and is recently responsible from R&D activities of Cargill Food Solutions META for food ingredients. She started her Cargill career with Corn Wet Milling facility in Vanikoy, Istanbul and moved to Orhangazi for Sweeteners Greenfield Project. In 2007 moved to Rotterdam to be part of the Product Assurance Team of Cargill Refined Oils Europe. After returning back to Turkey, took Technical Services Manager role for Starch & Sweeteners, Vegetable fats, CCC and Texturizers portfolio and now leading the R&D team who is responsible both for product development & technical support in the META region.
