Every year, we aim to make the event more sustainable and to encourage our visitors and exhibitors to improve their sustainability efforts. In doing so, we strive to continue to improve the industry.

ProPak MENA is proud of how it contributes to the sustainability of the industry and has developed programs, content and networking opportunities focused on Energy management & saving, and waste management.

  • Providing the opportunity for students to attend the event, learn and network, in an effort to educate F&B future leaders
  • We make a significant waste reduction by going digital
  • Using digital QR codes for exhibitor brochures, entrance badges, floor plan, exhibitor directory and much more
  • Reusing and repurposing many exhibition items such as carpets and registration shell schemes
  • Higher resource efficiency upheld by switching to LED lighting and limiting AC to show days only
  • We care about organizing an accessible event that's why all our exhibitors are required to have ramps on their stands for wheelchair access which is made available at the venue
  • Informa ensures the wellbeing and safety of all exhibitors and visitors through sharing relevant messaging on COVID and upholding Informa AllSecure measures throughout the event
